To strengthen our team of thirty people, we seek a junior journalist for our English web sites and magazines.
As a journalist for the news web site news352.lu, your responsibilities will include:
- Producing daily content for the site and also for the print publication. You will work closely with the news desk to ensure the site is full of fresh, original content of the highest standard. This will include writing fast and accurate stories about a wide range of topics.
- The journalist will also be expected to conduct interviews and attend press conferences, finding angles to create content for both online and print versions of your stories.
- The work will occasionally mean work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate will posses:
- Degree level education, ideally in journalism, with at least 2 to 3 years experience in journalism.
- Native speaker and writer of English; functional working knowledge of at least one of the following languages: German or French.
- A good sense of how to produce content aimed at online audiences is essential.
- Organisational skills are a must, to ensure the prioritising and setting of the day-to-day publishing targets, as well as forward planning.
- Dedication and enthusiasm not only for the subject but also the development of the site is essential.
- The successful candidate will be able to produce high quality work at speed. They will be capable of multi-tasking, keeping an eye on daily operational needs alongside with the bigger strategic picture.
- Great team working skills and a passion for achieving against targets and strategic goals.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day running of several websites.
